报告内容简介
Based on the listed Chinese A-share firms spanning 2007 to 2021, this paper finds that the US governmental sanctions have seriously deteriorated their financing constraints. It is further shown that this adverse impact is more pronounced for those firms with greater risk exposure, while the following firm traits can alleviate this impact: high market position, strong innovation and research capabilities, and effective government support policies. Moreover, this impact is shown to be mainly due to reduced corporate performance, raised financing costs, worsened corporate risks, and reduced market expectations. Various robustness and endogeneity tests confirm our main conclusions.

李东辉，深圳大学经济学院教授、博士生导师，主要研究方向是公司财务与金融，在国际学术界拥有较高影响力，在中国学术界拥有顶级影响力。他的学术论文发表在下列世界顶级财务与金融学期刊上：Journal of Finance（UTD24期刊，FT50期刊），Journal of International Business Studies（UTD24期刊，FT50期刊），Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis （FT50期刊），以及保险学领域顶级期刊Journal of Risk and Insurance（两篇），还有其它世界高水平财务与金融学期刊上，包括：Journal of Corporate Finance(七篇)，Journal of Banking and Finance (五篇), Journal of Business Finance and Accounting (两篇)，Journal of Empirical Finance（两篇），等等。他还在中国国家重点权威学术刊物上发表多篇文章，包括：《经济研究》(两篇)、《管理世界》等等。他还是许多世界著名学术期刊的匿名评审人，包括Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Risk and Insurance，等等。另外，他多次担任国际著名期刊特邀主编，包括：British Accounting Review, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, Accounting and Finance, Accounting Forum。李东辉教授是国家自然科学基金项目、教育部人文社会科学项目评审人。主持中国国家自然科学基金2项，曾经参与一项中国国家自然科学基金重点项目。他被评为深圳市海外高层次“孔雀计划”人才、深圳报业集团深新传播智库专家、曾被聘为深圳市财政局高级职称评审委员会专家。
